The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve on a daily basis, before fees and expenses, 200% performance of CLSK for a single day, not for any other period, by entering into one or more swaps and/or purchasing listed options on CLSK and/or investing directly in the common stock of CLSK. The Fund will enter into one or more swaps with major global financial institutions whereby the Fund and the global financial institution will agree to exchange the return (or differentials in rates of return) earned or realized on CLSK. CLSK is a bitcoin mining company that independently owns and operates a large portfolio of data centers across the United States with locations in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Wyoming. As of March 31, 2025, CLSK had 915 megawatts of developed capacity CLSK designs its proprietary data center infrastructure to efficiently, profitably, and responsibly secure and support bitcoin.
