The investment objective of the Dimensional U.S. Core Equity 2 ETF (the "US Core Equity 2 ETF" or "Portfolio") is to achieve long-term capital appreciation while considering federal income tax implications of investment decisions. To achieve the US Core Equity 2 ETF's investment objective, the Advisor implements an integrated investment approach that combines research, portfolio design, portfolio management, and trading functions. The US Core Equity 2 ETF is designed to purchase a broad and diverse group of equity securities within a market capitalization weighted universe of U.S. operating companies listed on a securities exchange in the United States. The Portfolio's meaningfully increased exposure to smaller capitalization, lower relative price, and higher profitability companies may be achieved by decreasing the allocation of the Portfolio's assets to larger capitalization, higher relative price, or lower profitability companies relative to their weight in the U.S. Universe. The Portfolio invests in companies of all sizes, with meaningfully increased exposure to smaller capitalization, lower relative price, and higher profitability companies as compared to their representation in the U.S. Universe.
Dimensional US Core Equity 2 ETF trades on the ARCA stock market under the symbol DFAC.
As of January 9, 2026, DFAC stock price climbed to $40.68 with 1,916,856 million shares trading.
DFAC has a beta of 0.96, meaning it tends to be less sensitive to market movements. DFAC has a correlation of 0.97 to the broad based SPY ETF.
DFAC has a market cap of $41.35 billion. This is considered a Large Cap stock.
In the last 3 years, DFAC traded as high as $40.73 and as low as $23.93.
DFAC has underperformed the market in the last year with a return of +17.8%, while SPY returned +19.0%. This shows that you would have done better investing in the overall market (through SPY) over the last year than in DFAC shares. However, DFAC has outperformed the market in the last 3 month and 2 week periods, returning +5.5% and +1.4%, while SPY returned +3.7% and +0.5%, respectively. This indicates DFAC has been having a stronger performance recently.
DFAC support price is $40.18 and resistance is $40.70 (based on 1 day standard deviation move). This means that using the most recent 20 day stock volatility and applying a one standard deviation move around the stock's closing price, stastically there is a 67% probability that DFAC shares will trade within this expected range on the day.
