Investment Objective: The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund will invest primarily in securities of large cap companies, but may invest in companies of any market capitalization. The portfolio managers make their investment decisions based primarily on their fundamental analysis of individual companies, rather than on broad economic forecasts. Management of the fund is based on the belief that, over the long term, stock price movements follow growth in earnings, revenues and/or cash flow. The fund will invest primarily in securities of large cap companies, but may invest in companies of any market capitalization. The fund normally invests in a relatively limited number of companies, generally 30 to 45 securities, but may incorporate more securities to account for liquidity constraints.
