VanEck Announces Year-End Distributions for VanEck Equity ETFs

VanEck Alternative Asset Manager ETF seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MarketVector Alternative Asset Managers Index, which is intended to track the overall performance of alterative asset managers across private equity, venture capital, private credit, private real estate and private infrastructure. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Fund's benchmark index. For purposes of this policy, the term "assets" means net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes. The Alternative Asset Managers Index is comprised of equity securities of companies in the alternative asset management industry. Alternative asset management companies are those with a significant portion of their revenue or operating assets from private equity and other alternative asset investing such as: private debt, venture capital, buy-outs, private real estate, and private infrastructure. Alternative asset management companies may include small, medium- and large-capitalization companies which must be domiciled and listed in the U.S., Canadian and developed European markets. The Fund may invest in depositary receipts and securities denominated in foreign currencies.
