The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in investment-grade fixed-income securities, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. The portfolio managers' overall strategy is to seek to build a portfolio comprised primarily of U.S. investment grade fixed income investments, utilizing a variety of different fixed income instruments. Fixed-income instruments held by the Fund can include: Domestic and foreign corporate debt obligations; Domestic and foreign government debt obligations, including U.S. Government securities; Mortgage-related securities; Asset-backed securities; and Other debt obligations. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in privately issued (or "non-agency") ABS, including CMBS and RMBS, that are not issued by the U.S. government or government sponsored-entities.
