Investment Objective:	The Fund invests primarily in equity securities of small and mid capitalization companies. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will hold at least 80% of its Assets in stocks in the S&P 1000 Index. Additionally, under normal circumstances, the Fund will hold at least 80% of its Assets in equity securities. The S&P 1000 Index is an index which includes stocks of small- and mid-capitalization companies. Because the Fund uses an enhanced index strategy, not all of the stocks in the S&P 1000 Index are included in the Fund, and the Fund's position in an individual stock may be overweighted or underweighted when compared to the index. In addition, the Fund may modestly overweight or underweight the sectors and industries within the index. The Fund seeks returns that modestly exceed those of the S&P 1000 Index over the long term with a modest divergence to the benchmark. In implementing its main strategies, the Fund invests primarily in common stocks.
