| Investment Objective: | KAIT seeks to provide exposure to Asia-based companies that are critical to the global AI supply chain. These include companies involved in advanced semiconductor foundries, packaging, high-bandwidth memory (HBM), substrates, optical networking, data center infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, and specialty materials. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the publicly-traded and privately offered securities of Asia AI Technology companies and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. The Fund is designed to capture the long-term opportunity in the scarce technologies and specialized capabilities from Asia that enables the global AI buildout. It provides exposure to infrastructure companies that may benefit regardless of which models or applications ultimately win. Offers differentiated access to technology leaders across Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and China. |
