The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the MSCI Korea 25-50 Index. The Fund seeks daily leveraged investment results and does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective over a period of time greater than one day. The Fund is different and much riskier than most exchange traded funds. The Index is designed by MSCI, Inc. (the "Index Provider") to measure the performance of the large- and mid-cap segments of the South Korean equity market, covering approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization of South Korean issuers. The Index utilizes a capping methodology applied to issuer weights such that no more than 25% of the Index's value may be invested in a single issuer and the sum of the weights of all issuers representing more than 5% of the Index will not exceed 50% of its value. The Fund will attempt to achieve its investment objective without regard to overall market movement or the increase or decrease of the value of the securities in the Index.
