| Investment Objective: |
The Colterpoint Net Lease Real Estate ETF (the "Fund") seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Colterpoint Net Lease Real Estate Index (the "Index"). The Index is generally composed of the U.S.-listed equity securities of companies that derive at least 85% of their earnings or revenues from real estate operations in the net lease real estate sector ("Eligible Companies"). At the time of each reconstitution of the Index, Eligible Companies with a market capitalization of more than 200 million and average daily traded volume of at least 10,000 shares are included in the Index (the "Index Constituents"). A significant portion of the Index is expected to be composed of real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The Index may include American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). The Index includes securities of companies with a diversified customer, tenant, or obligor base (collectively, "Diversified Companies"), and may also include securities of companies with more than half of their revenue being generated from a single customer, tenant, or obligor (collectively, "Non-Diversified Companies"). |
