| Investment Objective: |
The Fund's investment objective is to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust up to a predetermined upside cap while providing a downside buffer against the first 20% (before fees and expenses) of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust's losses over the one year Target Outcome Period. In seeking to achieve this investment objective, the Fund's upside cap over the period April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 is XX%. The cap is established at the beginning of each Target Outcome Period. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that provide exposure to equity securities issued by large-capitalization U.S. companies. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF"). The Fund will invest substantially all of its assets in customized equity or index option contracts known as FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). |
