The Invesco Active U.S. Real Estate ETF (Fund) structures and selects its investments primarily from a universe of securities that are included within the FTSE NAREIT All Equity REITs Index at the time of purchase. The selection methodology uses quantitative and statistical metrics to identify attractively priced securities and manage risk. The Fund will invest principally in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). Portfolio management generally conducts a security and portfolio evaluation monthly.
Invesco Active U.S. Real Estate ETF trades on the ARCA stock market under the symbol PSR.
As of March 6, 2026, PSR stock price declined to $97.57 with 1,520 million shares trading.
PSR has a market cap of $49.76 million. This is considered a Sub-Micro Cap stock.
In the last 3 years, PSR traded as high as $100.17 and as low as $74.41.
PSR has underperformed the market in the last year with a return of +6.8%, while SPY returned +18.7%. This shows that you would have done better investing in the overall market (through SPY) over the last year than in PSR shares. However, PSR has outperformed the market in the last 3 month and 2 week periods, returning +7.5% and -0.6%, while SPY returned -1.7% and -2.5%, respectively. This indicates PSR has been having a stronger performance recently.
PSR support price is $97.66 and resistance is $99.70 (based on 1 day standard deviation move). This means that using the most recent 20 day stock volatility and applying a one standard deviation move around the stock's closing price, stastically there is a 67% probability that PSR shares will trade within this expected range on the day.
