The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 2 times (200%) the daily percentage change of the common stock of Uber Technologies Inc. (NYSE: UBER). The Fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund that attempts to replicate 2 times (200%) the daily percentage change of the Underlying Stock by entering into a swap agreement on the Underlying Stock. The Fund aims to generate 2 times the daily performance of the Underlying Stock for a single day. A "single day" is defined as being calculated "from the close of regular trading on one trading day to the close on the next trading day." Uber Technologies, Inc. is a technology company, which develops and operates proprietary technology applications supporting a variety of offerings on its platform. The company connects consumers with independent providers of ride services for ride sharing services and with restaurants grocers and other stores with delivery service providers for meal preparation, grocery and other delivery services. |
