Investment Objective: The State Street SPDR UC Investments 90/10 Endowment Strategy Index ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index composed of underlying indices that track the performance of large capitalization exchange traded U.S. equity securities and short duration, U.S. investment grade corporate bonds. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities comprising the index it seeks to track. The Index is designed to measure the performance of a 90% equity/10% fixed income asset allocation. The Index comprises the S&P 500 Index (the "Equity Index") to represent the equity allocation of the Index (the "Equity Allocation") and the S&P U.S. Investment Grade Corporate Bond 1-3 Year Index (the "Fixed Income Index") to represent the fixed income allocation of the Index (the "Fixed Income Allocation"). The Equity Index is designed to measure the performance of the large-capitalization segment of the U.S. equity market. The S&P U.S. Investment Grade Corporate Bond 1-3 Year Index (the "Fixed Income Index") is designed to measure the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated investment grade corporate bonds issued in the U.S.
