The investment objective of this index fund is to seek to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment-grade segment of the U.S. municipal bond market with maturities between one month and 7 years. The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the S&P 0-7 Year National AMT-Free Municipal Bond Index using a sampling technique to closely match key benchmark characteristics. All of the fund investments will be selected through the sampling process, and at least 80% of the fund assets will be invested in securities held in the index.
