Investment Objective:	The William Blair Emerging Markets Equity ETF (the "Fund") seeks long- term capital appreciation by investing in emerging markets equity securities. The Fund invests primarily in equity securities, including common stocks and other forms of equity investments issued by emerging market companies that the Adviser believes have above-average quality and growth characteristics. In choosing investments, the Adviser performs fundamental company analysis and focuses on stock selection. The Adviser generally seeks equity securities, including common stocks, of emerging market companies that historically have had superior quality and growth relative to local markets and relative to companies within the same industry worldwide, and that are expected to continue such performance.
