REITs log $12.2B of capital offerings in Q1 - report

REITs gathered $12.2B through secondary debt and equity offerings in Q1, a report by Nareit showed.
A total of $8.9B was raised through debt offerings, $2.6B from common equity offerings, and $700M via preferred equity offerings, the report noted.
