The full list of U.S. reciprocal tariff rates and the countries targeted

U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced his long-awaited plans for reciprocal tariffs, on a day he has dubbed "Liberation Day." 

Trump said the U.S. would implement a minimum baseline 10% tariff on imports from all countries. 

The President also said that instead of retaliating with a tit-for-tat tariff against top trading partners, the U.S. would only implement half of the rate they charge.
