The Tradr 2X Short AXTI Daily ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (-200%) daily performance of the common shares of AXT, Inc. (AXTI). The Fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve on a daily basis, before fees and expenses, -200% performance of AXTI for a single-trading day, not for any other period, by entering into one or more swaps and/or purchasing listed options on AXTI and/or investing directly in the common stock of AXTI. If the Advisor determines to use options, the Fund may purchase a combination of exchange traded call and put options, including FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options"). The Advisor attempts to consistently apply leverage to increase the Fund's exposure to -200% of AXTI, and expects to rebalance the Fund's holdings daily to maintain such exposure. AXTI is a worldwide materials science company that develops and produces high-performance compound and single element semiconductor substrates, also known as wafers. |
