Investment Objective: GraniteShares YieldBOOST AMZN ETF is an actively managed ETF. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek current income. The Fund's secondary investment objective is to seek exposure to the performance of one or more exchange-traded funds whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange and that seek daily leverage investment results of 2 times (200%) the daily percentage of the common stock of Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) (the "Underlying Stock") subject to a limit on potential investment gains. The Fund will seek to employ its investment strategy as it relates to the Underlying AMZN ETF regardless of whether there are periods of adverse market, economic, or other conditions and will not seek to take temporary defensive positions during such periods. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in derivatives contracts that utilize the Underlying AMZN ETF as their reference asset.
