The SPDR Bloomberg 3-12 Month T-Bill ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg 3-12 Month U.S. Treasury Bill Index.ETF Seeks to provide exposure to publicly issued U.S. Treasury Bills that have remaining maturities between 3 and 12 months. The Bloomberg 3-12 Month U.S. Treasury Bill Index (the "Index") is designed to measure the performance of public obligations of the U.S. Treasury that have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to 3 months and less than 12 months. The Index includes all publicly issued U.S. Treasury Bills that have a remaining maturity of less than 12 months and at least 3 months, and are rated investment-grade.
