Bitwise Crypto Industry Innovators ETF seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Bitwise Crypto Innovators 30 Index (the "Index"). The Fund invests in securities comprising the Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Index. The Index was designed by Bitwise Index Services, LLC (the "Index Sponsor") to measure the performance of companies involved in servicing the cryptocurrency markets, including crypto mining firms, crypto mining equipment suppliers, crypto financial services companies, or other financial institutions servicing primarily crypto- related clientele (i.e., the crypto ecosystem). Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of Crypto Innovators. The Bitwise Crypto Innovators 30 Index (hereinafter, also referred to as the "Index") is an equity index that provides focused exposure to companies that are building the future of the crypto-asset-enabled decentralized economy. |
