| Investment Objective: | The Invesco Bloomberg MVP Multi-factor ETF (Fund) is based on the Bloomberg MVP Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90 percent of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is comprised of U.S. large-cap companies that exhibit strong fundamental characteristics for momentum (M), value (V), volatility (V) and profitability (P). The Index aims to select approximately 50 companies with the strongest momentum, most muted volatility, inexpensive valuations, and highest profitability through an aggregated sector-neutral MVP score. |
