The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the performance of the MSCI Brazil 25/50 Index. The Index is designed to measure the performance of the large- and mid-capitalization segments of the Brazilian equity market, covering approximately 85% of the free float- adjusted market capitalization of Brazilian issuers. The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization- weighted index with a capping methodology applied to issuer weights such that no more than 25% of the Index's value may be invested in a single issuer and the sum of the weights of all issuers representing more than 5% of the Index should not exceed 50% of its value. The Fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes) in financial instruments, securities of the Index, and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that track the Index, that, in combination, provide 2X daily leveraged exposure to the Index, consistent with the Fund's investment objective.
