The Strive Enhanced Income Short Maturity ETF (BUXX) seeks to provide current income while aiming to minimize price volatility and maintain portfolio liquidity. The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund that, using an enhanced cash strategy, seeks to achieve its investment objective, under normal circumstances, by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S.-dollar denominated investment-grade fixed- and floating-rate bonds, and debt securities. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will seek to maintain a dollar-weighted average maturity of less than two years and a dollar-weighted average duration of less than one year. |
