Carbon Collective Short Duration Green Bond ETF (the "Fund") seeks maximum total return, consistent with preservation of capital and prudent investment management. The Fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund ("ETF") that primarily invests in a diversified portfolio of "green" or "sustainability" corporate bonds. The Fund's portfolio will generally maintain an average duration of fewer than 5 years and will be comprised of bonds that collectively will have a weighted-average investment grade rating (BBB- or higher). The Fund's portfolio is managed by Artesian Capital Management (Delaware) LP ("Artesian") and Carbon Collective Investing, LLC ("Carbon Collective"), both serving as sub-advisers.
