The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily price performance of corn. The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective over a period of time greater than a single day. The Fund is an exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective primarily through managed exposure to corn futures contracts that trade only on an exchange registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("Corn Futures Contracts"), and cash, cash-like instruments or high-quality securities that serve as collateral to the Fund's investments in Corn Futures Contracts ("Collateral Investments"). In this manner, the Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond to twice the performance of the price of corn for future delivery for a single day. For the purpose of the Fund's investment objective, under normal circumstances, the Fund will use the price of corn that is reflected in the next, or second to next, expiring Corn Futures Contract. If the Fund is invested in other Corn-Linked Instruments, the value of corn will be determined by an average of how corn is valued in the financial instruments in which the Fund invests.
