The Fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to provide current income while maintaining exposure to the memory semiconductor ecosystem. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in equity securities of companies that the Adviser believes are "pure play" participants in the memory semiconductor ecosystem ("Memory Stack Companies"). The Adviser defines the "memory stack" as the ecosystem of companies involved in the development, manufacturing, packaging, testing, and commercialization of memory semiconductors, or that supply the equipment, materials and services used to manufacture memory semiconductors. Packaging refers to the process by which finished semiconductor wafers are cut into individual dies and assembled into a protective housing with electrical interconnections that allow the chip to be mounted on a printed circuit board. Memory technologies include, but are not 11 limited to, dynamic random access memory ("DRAM"), NAND flash memory, high-bandwidth memory ("HBM"), 3Dstacked and chiplet-based memory architectures and emerging memory technologies. In addition to its equity exposure, the Fund seeks to generate current income by employing a systematic put credit spread strategy ("Put Spreads"). |
