Investment Objective: The investment objective of the FT Vest U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - February (the "Fund") is to seek to provide investors with returns (before fees and expenses) that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), up to a predetermined upside cap of 14.50% while providing a buffer (before fees and expenses) against the first 10% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from February 24, 2025 through February 20, 2026. FLEX Options are customized equity or index option contracts that trade on an exchange, but provide investors with the ability to customize key contract terms like exercise prices, styles and expiration dates. The Underlying ETF is an exchange-traded unit investment trust that uses a replication strategy, meaning it invests in as many of the stocks in the S&P 500 Index as is practicable.
