| Investment Objective: |
The Global X Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF (GXIG) seeks a high level of total return consisting of both income and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by creating an actively managed portfolio of investment grade corporate debt securities, generally comprised of those securities included in the Bloomberg US Corporate Index ("the Reference Index"). "Corporate bonds" are debt instruments issued by a corporation. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in: other debt securities issued by issuers that are included in the Reference Index, asset backed securities, subordinated bonds, convertible bonds, collateralized loan obligations ("CLOs"), non-investment grade debt securities, privately placed debt securities, ETFs, cash, cash equivalents, and U.S. government securities, such as U.S. Treasury bills, notes, and Treasury inflation-protected securities. For the purposes of portfolio construction, the sub-adviser utilizes a quantitative multifactor model and a deep neural network (the "Models") designed to provide insights and feedback on large quantities of data, to assist in security screening and analysis of investment grade corporate bonds, developed by Wealthspot LLC. |
