The Fund seeks to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, up to the upside cap of 19.30% (prior to taking into account management fees and other fees) while providing a buffer against the first 15% (prior to taking into account management fees and other fees) of iShares MSCI EAFE ETF losses, over the period from March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025. The Fund's strategy has been specifically designed to produce the Outcomes based upon the performance of the Underlying ETF's share price (or its "price return") over the duration of the Outcome Period. The Fund will not receive or benefit from any dividend payments made by the Underlying ETF. The Fund is not an appropriate investment for income-seeking investors.
