The Dan IVES Wedbush AI Power & Infrastructure ETF seeks to capitalize on the accelerating buildout required to support artificial intelligence by investing in companies tied to power generation, electrification, grid modernization, data center infrastructure, cooling, and other critical enablers of AI scale. Built on the Dan Ives AI Power 30 Research Report, the strategy offers investors targeted exposure to the physical backbone of the AI investment cycle. The Fund seeks to track the performance, of the Solactive Wedbush AI Power & Infrastructure Index. The Fund does not seek to outperform the Index and will not take temporary defensive positions in declining or volatile markets. The Index is comprised exclusively of equity securities (or corresponding American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs")) of companies included in the Dan Ives AI Power & Infrastructure 30 Research Report. The AI Power Report is a publicly available research report, comprised of companies that have been identified as contributing to the infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence ("AI") through the development, production or operation of power generation and fuel supply technologies, grid infrastructure and data centers, equipment and power management and materials and enabling technologies. |
