Advisors Asset Management Introduces AAM SLC Low Duration Income ETF

The AAM SLC Low Duration Income ETF (the "Fund") seeks to outperform, after fees and expenses, the Bloomberg 1-3 Year Government/Credit Index (the "Index") on a total return basis. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in various U.S. dollar denominated fixed income instruments. The Fund defines fixed income instruments to include investment grade fixed income securities, high yield fixed income securities (also known as "junk bonds"), mortgage-backed securities (both commercial and agency), asset-backed securities, collateralized mortgage obligations ("CMOs"), collateralized loan obligations ("CLOs"), and any other debt or debt-related securities of any maturities (issued by the United States Government, agencies or instrumentalities or corporate entities). Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in income producing securities.
