The Pacer Swan SOS Moderate (August) ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investors with returns that, before fees and expenses of the Fund, match those of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust ("the Underlying ETF") up to a predetermined upside cap of 2.71% (before fees and expenses of the Fund) and 2.22% (after fees and expenses of the Fund), while providing a buffer against the first 15% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from May 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that, under normal market conditions, invests substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the share price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). The Fund uses FLEX Options to employ a "structured outcome strategy."
