The Tradr 2X Short META Daily ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (-200%) daily performance of the common shares of Meta Platforms, Inc. (The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"): META) ("META"). The Fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve on a daily basis, before fees and expenses, -200% performance of META for a single-trading day, not for any other period, by entering into one or more swaps and/or purchasing listed options on META and/or investing directly in the common stock of META. If the Advisor determines to use options, the Fund may purchase a combination of exchange traded call and put options, including FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options"). The Advisor attempts to consistently apply leverage to increase the Fund's exposure to -200% of META, and expects to rebalance the Fund's holdings daily to maintain such exposure. META focuses on building technologies that enable human connection. META's products enable people to connect and share through mobile devices, personal computers, virtual reality ("VR") headsets, and artificial intelligence ("AI") glasses.
