The Tradr 2X Short META Daily ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (-200%) daily performance of the common shares of Meta Platforms, Inc. (The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"): META) ("META"). The Fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve on a daily basis, before fees and expenses, -200% performance of META for a single-trading day, not for any other period, by entering into one or more swaps and/or purchasing listed options on META and/or investing directly in the common stock of META. If the Advisor determines to use options, the Fund may purchase a combination of exchange traded call and put options, including FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options"). The Advisor attempts to consistently apply leverage to increase the Fund's exposure to -200% of META, and expects to rebalance the Fund's holdings daily to maintain such exposure.
