| Investment Objective: | The Invesco Dividend Achievers ETF (Fund) seeks to replicate, before fees and expenses, the NASDAQ US Broad Dividend Achievers Index (Index), which is designed to identify a diversified group of dividend-paying companies. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in dividend paying common stocks that comprise Index. These companies have increased their annual dividend for 10 or more consecutive fiscal years. The Fund and the Index are reconstituted annually in March and rebalanced quarterly in March, June, September and December. |
