Investment Objective:	The Tradr 2X Long RMBS Daily ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (200%) the daily performance of the common shares of Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq: RMBS). The Fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve on a daily basis, before fees and expenses, 200% performance of RMBS for a single-trading day, not for any other period, by entering into one or more swaps and/or purchasing listed options on RMBS and/or investing directly in the common stock of RMBS. The Fund will enter into one or more swaps with major global financial institutions whereby the Fund and the global financial institution will agree to exchange the return (or differentials in rates of return) earned or realized on RMBS. If the Advisor determines to use call options, the Fund will purchase exchange-traded call options, including FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options"). RMBS is a global semiconductor company that produces memory interface chips and silicon and interface intellectual property ("IP") to enable higher bandwidth and capacity, increase speed of data transfers, and improve security of hardware and data.
