The Fund is an exchange traded fund ("ETF") that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to -100% (the inverse) of the daily percentage change in the price of the ADR of SK Hynix. The Fund is an actively managed ETF. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the Underlying Security and financial instruments with economic characteristics that, in combination, provide inverse (-100%) exposure, on a daily basis, to the price of the Underlying Security, consistent with the Fund's investment objective. As part of its investment strategy, the Fund may invest in a combination of standardized exchange-traded and FLexible EXchange ("FLEX") options based on the price return of the Underlying Security. SK Hynix Inc. is a South Korea-based semiconductor company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture, and sale of memory semiconductor products, including DRAM, NAND flash memory, high bandwidth memory (HBM), and enterprise solid-state drives (eSSDs).
