Investment Objective:	The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the daily performance of the S&P 500 Index (the "Index"). The Index is designed to be comprised of stocks that are the 500 leading, large-cap U.S.-listed issuers. S&P Dow Jones Indices selects constituents on the basis of market capitalization, financial viability of the company, sector representation, public float, liquidity and price of a company's shares outstanding. The Index is a float-adjusted and market capitalization-weighted index. The Fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of the Fund's net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes) in financial instruments, including swap agreements, futures contracts, or short positions, that, in combination, provide 2X leveraged exposure to the Index or to exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that track the Index, consistent with the Fund's investment objective.
