| Investment Objective: |
Franklin Templeton International Insights ETF seeks long-term capital growth by investing in non-U.S. stocks across developed and emerging markets and the entire market capitalization spectrum. The portfolio is primarily driven by stock selection, with a focus on companies that are priced cheaply relative to their long-term earnings, asset value, and cash flow potential. The result is a portfolio seeking balance through diversification across opportunity classifications, regions, and sectors. The Fund may invest in equity securities of any size company, across the entire market capitalization spectrum, including smaller and midsize companies. The equity securities in which the Fund primarily invests are common stock and depositary receipts. The Fund maintains the flexibility to invest in securities of companies from a variety of countries and sectors, but from time to time, based on economic conditions, the Fund may have significant investments in one or more countries or in particular sectors. The Fund is a "non-diversified" fund, which means it generally invests a greater portion of its assets in the securities of one or more issuers and invests overall in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. |
