The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the Index. The Index measures the performance of companies in developed markets that are owners and operators of pure-play infrastructure assets. . Pure-play infrastructure sectors include, for example, airports, toll roads, ports, communications, electricity transmission & distribution, oil & gas storage & transportation, and water.
