ProShares DJ Brookfield Global Infrastructure ETF seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the Dow Jones Brookfield Global Infrastructure Composite Index (the "Index"). The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the Index. The Index measures the performance of companies in developed markets that are owners and operators of pure-play infrastructure assets. . As of May 31, 2025, this included companies from the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Australia, Italy, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Germany. Pure-play infrastructure sectors include, for example, airports, toll roads, ports, communications, electricity transmission & distribution, oil & gas storage & transportation, and water. The Index selects companies in developed markets that earn more than 70% of their estimated cash flows from pure-play infrastructure assets. Selected companies are weighted based on market capitalization, with limits on how much weight can be in a single stock (10%), country (50%) or pure-play infrastructure sector (50%).
