The Timothy Plan Free Cash Flow Growth ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Victory Free Cash Flow Growth BRI Index (the "Index). Under normal circumstances, the Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets directly or indirectly in the securities included in the Victory Free Cash Flow Growth BRI Index (the "Index"). VettaFi LLC (the "Index Provider") constructs the Index in accordance with a rules-based methodology that screens for positive free cash flow and selects 50 growth companies with the highest score within the Victory US Large/Mid Cap Volatility Weighted BRI Index (the "Parent Index"). The Parent Index universe begins with the stocks included in the Nasdaq Victory US Large Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index, a volatility weighted index comprised of the 500 largest US companies by market capitalization with positive earnings over the last twelve months. To be included in the Index, these US large-capitalization growth companies generally will have a positive "free cash flow growth trend" and have a high "free cash flow return on invested capital".
