The Funds primary investment objective is to seek current income. The Fund secondary investment objective is to seek exposure to the performance of the ProShares UltraPro (NASDAQ TQQQ) subject to a limit on potential investment gains. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ( ETF ) that seeks current income while maintaining the opportunity for an indirect exposure to the share price of the ProShares UltraPro QQQ ( TQQQ or the Underlying ETF ), subject to a limit on potential gains from increases in the price of the Underlying ETF's shares. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek current income. The Fund's secondary investment objective is to seek exposure to the performance of one or more exchange-traded funds whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange and that seek daily leverage investment results of 2 times (200%) the daily percentage of the common stock of Nasdaq-100 Index.
