The Direxion Daily Technology Top 5 Bull 2X ETF (the "Fund") seeks daily leveraged (2X) investment results and is very different from most other exchange-traded funds. As a result, the Fund may be riskier than alternatives that do not use leverage because the Fund's objective is to magnify the daily performance of the S&P 500 Information Technology (Sector) Top 5 Equal Capped Index (USD) (the "Index"). The S&P 500 Information Technology (Sector) Top 5 Equal Capped Index consists of the top five securities in the S&P 500 Information Technology (Sector) Index, which includes U.S.-listed companies in the information technology sector as classified by the Global Industry Classification Standards. The return for investors that invest for periods longer or shorter than a trading day should not be expected to be 200% of the performance of the Index for the period.
