Investment Objective:	Vanguard Core-Plus Bond ETF is an actively managed fund seeks to provide broadly diversified exposure primarily to the U.S. investment-grade bond market, with selective exposure to below-investment-grade bonds and debt from other countries, including emerging markets. The low-cost fund invests in U.S. Treasury, mortgage-backed, and corporate securities, and emerging markets debt of varying yields, maturities, and credit qualities. The Fund invests in fixed income securities of various maturities, yields, and qualities. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in bonds, which include fixed income securities such as corporate bonds. In general, bonds purchased by the Fund will have a maturity of 90 days or more at the time of their issuance. The Fund may invest in fixed income securities of non-U.S. issuers, including emerging market countries. The Fund may make use of the unique features of the ETF structure, such as in-kind transactions and custom baskets, to select securities.
