For the purpose of the Fund's investment objective, under normal circumstances, the Fund will use the price of wheat that is reflected in the next, or second to next, expiring Wheat Futures Contract. If the Fund is invested in other Wheat-Linked Instruments, the value of wheat will be determined by an average of how wheat is valued in the financial instruments in which the Fund invests.
