| Investment Objective: |
Wasatch Small/Mid Cap ETF investment objective is long-term growth of capital. The Fund is an active ETF that invests primarily in small- and mid-capitalization growth companies. Under normal market conditions, we will invest at least 80% of the Fund's net assets in the equity securities, typically common stock, issued by small- and mid-capitalization companies. We define small- and mid-capitalization companies as companies that, at the time of purchase, have a market capitalization within the range of companies included in the Russell 2000 Index and the Russell Midcap Index as of their most recent reconstitution date. The market capitalizations for the range of companies in the Russell 2000 Index and the Russell Midcap Index are subject to change at its next reconstitution date. As of the 2025 reconstitution date, the market capitalization of companies included in the Russell 2000 Index and the Russell Midcap Index ranged from $55 million to $89 billion. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets at the time of purchase in securities issued by foreign companies. Securities issued by companies incorporated outside the United States whose securities are principally traded in the United States are not defined as foreign companies and are not subject to this limitation. |
