Investment Objective:	The Trust s primary objective is to provide investors with an opportunity to invest in gold through the shares, and have the gold securely stored by Gold Corporation (the Custodial Sponsor). An additional objective of the Trust is for the shares to reflect the performance of the price of gold less the expenses of the Trust s operations. The Trust is not actively managed. Gold Corporation (the Custodial Sponsor) and Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC (the Administrative Sponsor and, together with Custodial Sponsor, the Sponsors) are the Trusts sponsors. Gold Corporation also serves as the custodian of the Trust s gold bullion, and The Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM) is the trustee of the Trust.
