The Tradr 2X Long CRML Daily ETF (the "Fund") seeks daily leveraged investment results and is very different from most other exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"). As a result, the Fund may be riskier than alternatives that do not use leverage because the Fund's objective is to magnify (200%) the daily performance of the common shares of Critical Metals Corp. (Nasdaq: CRML) ("CRML"). The return for investors that invest for periods longer or shorter than a trading day should not be expected to be 200% of the performance of CRML for the period. CRML is a leading mining development company focused on critical metals and minerals and producing strategic products essential to electrification and next generation technologies for Europe and its Western world partners. CRML's primary strategy is to acquire, explore and develop unique and permitted critical metals mining assets that it expects will benefit from robust regulatory tailwinds in both Europe and North America and long-term secular trends for next generation technology in environmental, commercial and government applications. |
